I had another great maintenance experience from Eric. The toilet handle broke after hours this past weekend. But, it was ... not where I needed an emergency fix before Monday. I made a maintenance request online Saturday evening and Eric came early Monday morning to replace the handle and the work was completed within a few minutes. What great and fast customer! service! I'm thankful for Eric and all the staff at this Windsor Community @ Castle Hills. Truly. Special note: Receiving fast, prompt and great service at Windsor Community @ Castle Hills is very common.
